None. (Cassette Tape No. 1) Boardmembers Garbarino, Gonzalez and Matsumoto, Vice Chair Femekes and Chair Green None 1. Motion to approve the minutes of January 12, 2005 2. Motion to confirm expense claims of January 26, 2005 in the amount of $5354.79 3. Resolution authorizing the execution of a purchase and sale agreement for the real property located at 380 Alta Vista Drive Chair Green requested Agenda Item No. 3 be pulled from the Consent Calendar in response to several speaker cards that were submitted. Motion-Garbarino/Second-Fernekes: To approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 and 2. Unanimously approved by voice vote. Item No. 3: Staff report presented by Agency Assistant Director Van Duyn. Boardmember Gonzalez asked that the San Mateo Times be contacted and informed that the City of South San Francisco is purchasing 380 Alta Vista Drive and not the City of Daly City, as stated in a recent newspaper article. The following Avalon Park residents spoke in favor of Agenda Item No. 3, and requested the property be converted and maintained as a single-family residence. Several speakers requested the neighborhood be given public notice and informed of any issues regarding the property. Mr. Fritz Hasenbusch · Ms. Bonnie Joy Giusti · Mr. Steve Lugo · Mr. Ruben Salvatierra · Mr. Alfred Armand Agency Counsel Mattas responded to the speakers' concern regarding property negotiations and the purpose of closed sessions. Assistant Agency Director Van Duyn reminded the residents that the Agency will be the landlord and responsive to neighborhood concerns. Motion-Matsumoto/Second-Garbarino: To approve Resolution No. 01-2005, approving the purchase and sale agreement for the property located at 380 Alta Vista Drive and authorizing the executive director to execute the agreement and certificates of acceptance.
