Road which is included within the co.orate limits of the City
County for the purpose of constructing and maintaining thereon
a highway or boulevard as a part of t~e State or County system
of roads.
The Boar{~ of Trustees of the City of South San ~rancisco
do ordain ~s follows:
Section 1. The Board of Supe~isors of the County of, San
~atec, State of California, are hereby authorized and permitted_,
in ~ccordance with %'~,.e ~rovision in an Act of the Degislatur'e
of the State of Californ~Axcontained in Statutes and Amendments
of 1909, page 429, to use that ,portion 0f that certain road,
street or highway known as Vl Camino Real. or the ~ission Road
which is included within ~he, co.orate limits of the 'City of
South San Wranc~sco and designated as follows: Beginning at a
point in said road one (1) mile northwesterly from the north-
west corner of Tanforan Park and continuing thereon to the inter-
section of said road or highway with the northwest boundary l~ne
of the co~ora%ion limits of the City of South S~ Wrancisco,
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining thereon a high-
w~y or boulevard as a part of the State or County system of
roads.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once in "~he
Entez~rise'; a 'weekly newspaper printe<] and published in the City
of South San Wrancisco, and shall ~ake effect from and after the
date of its
