An oTdinance repealing Ordinance ~o. Sixteen of the City
of South San Yrancisco, entitled "An ordinance requiring the
registration of plumbers and pi~e-layers;fixing the requirements
for a license for those engaged in the plumbing or pipe-laying
business; regulating plumbing and drainage work; providing for
the inspection of plu~bing a~d drainage work; fixing the fees in
payment therefor and a penalty for violationS'and passed the 15th
day of Februa~, 1909.
The Board of Trustees of the City of South San ~rancisco
d.o ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance Number Sixteen of the City of
South San Francisco, passed by the Board of ~stees of the City
of South. San ~erancisco on the 15th day of [,'ebruary, 1909, and en-
titled,"An ordinance requiring the registration of plumbers and
pipe-layers; fixing the requirements for a license for t~ose en-
gaged in the plumbing or pipe-laying business; regulating plumb-
ing'and drainage wot?; fixing the fees in pa~ent the~for and
a penalty for violationS' be, and the same hereby is repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once in "The
Enterprise~' a weekly newspaper printed and t~ublished in the City
of South San Francisco and shall take effect and be in forc~
from and after the date of its passage.
