S ~ ordinance prohibiting dog~ from running at large upon
4 the public highways, streets, alleys, public places or public
5~' grounds or upon any unfenced lot within the limits of the City
6 of South San Francisco, unless securely and satisf~ctorily muz-
7 zled or restrained by a string, strap, rope or chain.
8 The Board of Trustees of the City of South San Wrancisco
9 ~ do ordain as follows:
lO Section 1. No dog shall be allowed to run at large upon
ll ~ any public highway, street, all~y, public place or public
12 ~ grounds, or upon any unfenced lot within the limits of the City
13 of South San Francisco, unless securely and satisfactorily muz-
14 ~ zled or controlled or led by a string, strap,rope,or chain.
15 Section 2. It shall be the duty of the City-~arshal to des-
16 troy every dog found upon any public highway, street, alley, pub-
17 lic place or public grounds, or upon any unfenced lot within the
18 ~ limit~ of the City of South San ~rancisc n violation of this
19 ~ ordinance.
20 Section 3. This ordinance shall be publishedl:'once in "The
21 ~ Enterprise, a weekly newspaper printe~ and published in the City
22 ~ ~ So~th San Francisco and shall take efCect and be in force
22 from and after the date of its passage.
