1912, is hereby ~ended to read as follows:
SECTION 1~. The rate of license fee under this ordin~ee shall
be ~d is as follows:
a. Each holder of a permit for, or license under "Class A"
license, shall pay therefor, in advance, a license tax or fee of
One H~dred Dollars ~$100.00). per ~q~arter year of three months;
provided, however, that each holder of a "Class A" license, whose
place of business is located west of Chestnut Avenue in said City of
South San Fr~cisco shall pay therefor, in advance, a license t~
or fee of Sixty-two ~d ~O/100 Dollars ($62.60)~er quarter year
of three months.
b. Each holder of a permit for. or license ~er a "Olass B"
license, shall pay therefor, in 'ady~ee, a license t~ or fee of
E~ghteen ~d 75/100 Dollars ($18.7~) per quarter year of ~hree
~ont h s.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once in "The
~terprise", a weekly newspaper printed, published and circulated
in the City of South San ~ranoisco, and shall ~ake effect and be in
force from and after ~he e~iration of thirty days after the date of
its passage.
