1. Call to Order 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll Call Present:
Councilmembers Garbarino, Gonzalez and
Matsumoto, Mayor Pro Tem Femekes and
Mayor Green
Absent: None
3. Public Comments None.
4. Interview applicants for the Library Board of Trustees
Applicants were interviewed, as follows, and responded to questions consistent with those
approved by Council in April 2004.
· Ms. Francisca Hansen
· Mr. Juan Miranda

Applicants also being consider and previously interviewed on January 25, 2005:
· Mr. Patrick Houlihan
· Ms. Violeta Fowler
5. Discussion and motion to appoint applicant to the Library Board of Trustees
The ballot resulted in Ms. Hansen receiving 4 votes and Ms. Fowler receiving 1 vote.
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Matsumoto: To appoint Francisca Hansen to the Library Board
of Trustees, partial term expiring June 30, 2005. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
6. Adjournment
Being no further business, Mayor Green adjourned the meeting at 6:55 pm.
