The Beard of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco
do ordain as follows:
~ection 1. The County of San ~ateo is hereby permitted to
use all that ~ortion of that certain hiEhway known as ~ission
within the incorporated limits of said City of South San ~rmncisce
for the ~urpose of constructing and maintaining thereon any hi
or boulevard, as part of the County system of roads, pursuant to
provisions ~ an Act of the LeEislature of the State of 9alifornia
entitled "An act autherlzing any incorporated town, city or
corporation to permit the constr~ction and maint~n~e~
or county highway or boulevard over highways or str~et~ in
cor~orated limits, or any ~ortion thereof by the supervisors or~.~m~ ~,,
highway co~issioners of the county"} Approved ~iarch 19, 1909
Section E. This ordinance shall ~e ~u~lished once in
Enterprise", a weekly newspaper, oublished~ and circulated in sai~
City of South San Francisco, and shall take effect and be in fo
~rom and after the ex~iration of thirty (ZO) days after the da ~f
its passage.
