Motion—Boardmember Addiego/Second—Boardmember Gupta: to approve the Minutes of the
meeting of October 24, 2018 specified in Item No. 1. Approved by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Addiego, Garbarino and Gupta and Chair Normandy; NAYS: None;
ABTAIN: Vice Chair Matsumoto; ABSENT: None.
Motion—Boardmember Addiego/Second—Boardmember Gupta: to approve the Consent Calendar
excepting approval of the October 24, 2018 Minutes. Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
