Report out of Closed Session by Mayor Matsumoto: Motion — Councilmember Addiego/Second -
Councilmember Nicolas: Motion to continue agreement with Meyers Nave for City Attorney
services and appoint Sky Woodruff as City Attorney.
Approved by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmembers Addiego, Nagales and Nicolas,
and Mayor Matsumoto; NAYS: None; ABSENT: Vice Mayor Garbarino; ABSTAIN: None.
