Properties: Former South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency property known as the
PUC Site (APN 011-312-060).
City Negotiators: Nell Selander and Mike Lappen
Negotiating Parties: City of South San Francisco, South San Francisco Successor Agency
and SSF PUC Housing Partners, LLC, an affiliate of AGI Avant Group, Inc. and KASA
Partners ("AGI-Kasa" or the "Developer")
Under Negotiation: Price and terms for disposition of the property
2. Conference with Labor Negotiators
