Call to Order: 6:04 p.m.
Roll Call: Present: Councilmembers Addiego, Nagales, and Nicolas, Vice Mayor
Garbarino and Mayor Matsumoto.
Public Comments:
Violeta Fowler, resident of South San Francisco, expressed her concern with housing and the City's
development projects.
Heidi Sarrail, resident of South San Francisco, expressed her concern with proposed housing projects and
the impacts to the community.
Mike Sarrail, resident of South San Francisco, expressed his concern with proposed housing projects and
asked Council to reconsider approval of future developments.

Meeting Resumed: 6:25 p.m.
1. Mayor Town Hall
Mayor Matsumoto presented upcoming projects and construction in the City and the City's General
Plan.
Supervisor Pine, San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, discussed initiatives that the County has
launched to address housing and transportation. He expressed the County's commitment to promote
affordable housing and address bay area traffic with "managed lanes” on U.S. 101.
Public Comments:
Alicia Gonzalez, resident of South San Francisco, thanked the Council for their commitment to the
community and expressed her concern with the City's developments. She requested the Council consider
the community's concerns when approving future housing projects.
San Bruno Mountain Watch Board Member Del Schembari invited the community to their annual
Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Mayor Matsumoto adjourned the meeting at 7:18 p.m.
