and Mayor Pro Tern Fernekes; Planning
Commissioners Prouty and Romero, and Chair
Teglia
Absent: Councilmember Garbarino and Mayor Green;
Planning Commissioners Giusti, Honan and
Sim, and Vice Chair Zemke
Staff Present: Staff: Chief Planner Sparks, Senior Planner
Lappen, and Administrative Assistant Aguilar
Others Present: Genentech staff: Lisa Sullivan, Erica
Gabrielson and Carla Boragno
Due to a lack of Quorum for the Planninf! Commission the ioint meetinf! was cancelled.

4. Genentech Annual Rep0l1: Tour of Genentech Campus and presentation of annual report
Bus tour conducted and report submitted.
5. Adjournment
Being no further business, Mayor Pro Tern Fernekes adjourned the meeting at 1 :30 p.m.
