Planning Commissioner Faria.

Community Information Session:
1. Community event to provide information on the City's General Plan.
City Staff and the City's General Plan consultant team conducted a series of sub -area meetings to discuss
the General Plan update process with the community. The team reviewed existing citywide and
neighborhood -specific conditions and discuss upcoming community engagement activities. Meeting
participants discussed what they loved about their neighborhood, what residents would like to change,
and whether there were opportunities for improvement. Participants broke out into small groups and were
led by a facilitator through a series of discussion questions, followed by a report out of the key themes
that arose in each of the groups.
ADJOURNMENT
Staff adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
