Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), conference with legal counsel, existing
litigation: Hart v. City of South San Francisco
Time entered into Closed Session:
Time reconvened into Open Session:
Report from Closed Session:
7:02 p.m.
7:21 p.m., all Councilmembers present.
Interim City Attorney Williams reported that
the City Council, by a vote of 5-0, approved a
settlement agreement related to the Hart claim.

Being no further business, Mayor Green adjourned the meeting at 7:23 p.m.
