The Oity Co~cil of the Oity of ~uth ~n Francisco does
ord~n as follows:
Section 1. 0rd~ce No. ~31 entitled "~ ordinance
licensing t~ carrying on of certain businesses, including
trades ~d co~ercial ~d m~ufactur~g enterprise~ ~ the 0ity
of South S~ Fr~cisco, for t~ p~pose of raising m~icipal
~venue", passed ~d adopted on the 17th day of J~uary, 1944,
by the City Co~cil of t~ City of ~uth S~ Fr~cis~, is hereby
repeal~.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published by one
(1) ~sertion ~ "The ~terprise", a weekly newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in said City of South S~
Francisco and shall take effect upon the expiration of thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption.
