~0~ING T~ UNIF0~ BUI~ING CODE, 1946, EDITION.
W~~ the Uniform Building Code 1946 ~ition has been
printed as a code in book form and is ~nown as "Uniform Building
~de 1946 Edition", which is the building code adopted by the Pacific
Coast Building Officials Conference at the 6th annual meeting in
October, 1927, and thereafter revised;
1~0'~7, T~REFORE, the City Co~cil of the City of South San
Fra~cisco does ord~n as follows:
Section 1. That certain building code known ~d designated
as '~niform Building Code 19~6 Emition" is hereby adopted for the
purpose of regulating the construction of buildings~within said City
of South San Fr~cisco three (3] copies of sa~'
, Uniform Building Code
having been ~filed for use ~d examination by the public~in the office
of the City Clerk of said City of South San Francisco.
Section 2. Strict co~oliance with the terms and provisions
bumlamn~ construction
of said Uniform Building Code is requirea in all
work in said City of South San Francisco, to which work said Uniform
Building Code is-applicable.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once in "The
E~terprise", a weekly newspaper of general circulation printed m~d
published mn said City of South San Fraz~ci~:zco a~m ~:~ll take effect and
be in force from and after the expiration of thirsty (30) d~s after the
adoption.
