City 0ouncll City of South San The of the Francisco does ordain as follows: Section 1. Cypress Avenue between Baden Avenue and Miller Avenue, excepting the intersection thereof with Orand Avenue, is hereby established as a one way thoroughfare. Third Lane from Cypress Avenue to Maple Avenue, excepting the inter- section ~ereof with Linden Averse, is hereby mtablished as a one way thoroughfare. Fourth Lane from Cypress Avenue to Maple Avenue, excepting the intersection thereof with Linden Avenue, is hereby established as a one way thoroughfare. Section 2. It shall be unlawful to drive or propel any vehicle at any time in a southerly direction along the portion of Cypress Avenue mentioned in Section i hereof, or to drive or to propel a vehicle in an easterly direction along the portion of said Third Lane mentioned in said Section l, or in a westerly direction along said portioa of Fourth Lane mentioned in said Section i hereof. Section 3. Any person, persons, or corporation who shall violate any portion of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), or by imPrison- ment for'a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section ~. This ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-South San Francisco Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in said city and shall take effect and be in force upon the expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption. Introduced this 2nd day of July, 1951.
