4. Approval of minutes of the special meeting December 10, 2003
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Matsumoto: To approve the minutes of the meeting of
December 10, 2003, as submitted. Approved by voice vote. Absent: Chair Green.
5. Resolution approving a third amendment to joint powers: agreement with San Mateo
County Harbor District
Staffreport presented by City Manager Nagel.
Motion-Gonzalez/Second-Garbarino: To approve Resolution No. 19-2005,
approving a third amendment to the joint powers agreement between the San Mateo
County Harbor District and the City of South San Franciisco. Approved by voice
vote. Absent: Chair Green.
6. Adjournment
Being no further business, Vice Chair Fernekes adjourned the meeting at 7:27 p.m.
