Staff responded that matter would be investigated. Commissioner r~tz made an annolillcement of a Texcote Committee meeting, December 18, 1980, 7:00p.m., at West Orange Library for an update on the class action suit. CALLA..N" Review of General Development Plan and Traffic Analysis for 16.2 acre tract of land located on the westerly side of Gellert Boulevard north of West borough Boulevard in the C-l Neighborhood Commercial Zone. December 9 Staff Report presented. Applicant and Representative present: Thomas Callan T. Tronoff, Engineer Staff pointed out certain zoning violations on the plan. The Commission and Staff were opposed, from a traffic safety standpoint, to a new access drive which was being proposed from Westborough Boulevard to the site. The City Engineer requested that the wording of Special Condition 2 be changed.
