December 9 Staff Report presented. Applicant and Representative present: Thomas Callan T. Tronoff, Engineer Staff pointed out certain zoning violations on the plan. The Commission and Staff were opposed, from a traffic safety standpoint, to a new access drive which was being proposed from Westborough Boulevard to the site.
