CALL TO ORDER / PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TIME: 7:00 P.M.

CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Master Sign Program and Design Review for signage at 2211-2245 Gellert Boulevard in the
Community Commercial (CC) Zoning District in accordance with Title 20 of the South San Francisco
Municipal Code (SSFMC), and determination that the project is categorically exempt from CEQA.

2. Report regarding a resolution making findings that the acquisition of the Camino Royale Investment
Corporation property located at 71 Camaritas Avenue, in the “El Camino Real / Chestnut - Mixed
Use, High Density”, is in conformity with the South San Francisco adopted General Plan in
accordance with provisions of State Planning Law (Govt. Code Section 65402) (Nell Selander,
Economic and Community Development Deputy Director)
Motion to approve Consent Calendar – Commissioner Faria
Second – Commissioner Tzang
The question was called and the motion carried 7-0-0.

3. Report regarding CEQA determination and consideration of a Tentative Parcel Map, Waivers and
Modifications, and Subdivision Exceptions request for the minor subdivision of an existing
developed parcel into two residential lots at 321-323 Acacia Avenue in the Downtown Residential
Low (DRL) Zoning District in accordance with Titles 19 and 20 of the South San Francisco Municipal
Code (SSFMC). (Stephanie Skangos, Associate Planner)
