1. Approval of the regular meeting minutes of May 6, 2021.
2. Approval of the regular meeting minutes of June 17, 2021.
3. Amendment to the Master Sign Program at the Alexandria Vista Point project in the Business and
Technology Park Zoning District in accordance with Title 20 of the South San Francisco Municipal
Code and determination that the project is categorically exempt from CEQA. (Adena Friedman,
Principal Planner)
Motion to approve Consent Calendar – Vice-Chair Shihadeh
Second – Commissioner Faria
The question was called and the motion carried 7-0-0.

Facility at 1 South Linden Avenue in the Mixed Industrial (MI) Zoning District in accordance with Title
20 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code (SSFMC). (Stephanie Skangos, Associate Planner)
