CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Approval of the regular meeting minutes of July 15, 2021.
2. Approval of the regular meeting minutes of August 5, 2021.
3. Report regarding a resolution making findings and determining that the disposition of two City
of South San Francisco-owned properties located at 201 Baden Avenue (APN 012-335-100 and APN
012-335-110), in the Downtown Transit Core is in conformity with the South San Francisco adopted
General Plan in accordance with provisions of State Planning Law (Govt. Code Section 65402) (Julie
Barnard, Economic Development Coordinator). Report regarding a resolution making findings and
determining that the disposition of two City of South San Francisco-owned properties located at 201
Baden Avenue (APN 012-335-100 and APN 012-335-110), in the Downtown Transit Core is in
conformity with the South San Francisco adopted General Plan in accordance with provisions of
State Planning Law (Govt. Code Section 65402) (Julie Barnard, Economic Development Coordinator).

Program, and Design Review for the new Automotive Sales and Services facility for Rivian at 206
Utah Avenue, and determination that the project is categorically exempt from CEQA. (Gaspare
