Report regarding an eight-month review of an approved Use Permit to allow extended business hours, indoor live entertainment, and private events at Hometown Bowl located at 237 El Camino Real in the El Camino Real Mixed Use (ECRMX) Zoning District. Report regarding consideration of an Environmental Impact Report, including a Statement of Overriding Consideration, and applications for a Use Permit, Design Review, and Transportation Demand Management Plan for the construction of a new Office / R&D Building with related parking at 101 Gull Avenue in the Business Technology Park Zoning District, in accordance with Title 20 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code. Resolution making findings and certifying the Environmental Impact Report including adoption of a Statement of Overriding Considerations and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the 101 Gull Drive Project. 3b. Resolution making findings and approving Planning Project P21-0006, including Use Permit UP21-0003, Design Review DR21-0009, and Transportation Demand Management Program TDM21- 0003, for the construction of a new office / R&D building within the Business Technology Park (BTP) Zoning District at 101 Gull Drive.
