CONSENT CALENDAR: 1. Approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes for September 13, 2022 Motion – Chair Monzon/ Second – Commissioner Abarca – to approve the minutes as submitted. Approved by voice vote (3-0). South San Francisco Parking Place Commission Meeting, November 8, 2022 - YouTube ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS 2. County Mobile Clinic Update (INFORMATIONAL) • Secretary Espiritu introduced Management Fellow Huey to the committee. 6 • Management Fellow Huey explained the relocation of the county mobile clinic, the new location being the parking lot behind City Hall between Maple and Miller by January 1st, 2023. Signs would be placed on Grand for public view. • Commissioner Abarca asked what the requirements will be to use the County Mobile Clinic. Management Fellow Huey answered it is available for all to utilize. • Vice Chair Malfatti asked about the vacant parking lot on 201 Baden, Secretary Espiritu explained that location is currently in review for a project. • Commissioner Abarca asked if the County Mobile Clinic would be taking up parking spots that would otherwise be utilized by the public, thus loosing money from those spots. Secretary Espiritu responded that most the vehicles are City vehicles that do not pay for parking; the County Mobile Clinic would not be interfering. • Management Fellow Huey explained the days of use, Mondays and Wednesdays would be best use because most employees work from home those days.
