ROLL CALL:
Present:
Councilmember Addiego, Matsumoto, Fernekes,
Vice Mayor Gonzalez and Mayor Garbarino
The record reflects that Councilmembers Fernekes and Addiego were present from remote
locations via telephone conferencing, the meeting agenda was posted at each teleconferencing
location, and the public was able to address the whole Council from each teleconferencing
location.

None (from any location)
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS:
Consideration of revision to the ballot argument in favor of South San Francisco's parking
tax
Councilmember Matsumoto reported the sub-committee's process in writing the ballot argument.
Following a brief discussion, consensus was reached for the following revisions:
Paragraph 1, line 3: ".. .out-of-town customers who drive on eur streets."
Paragraph 3, line 5: include the numerical representation of the estimated revenue, as well
as the written amount - "... estimated one million dollars ($1,000,000)..."
Paragraph 4, line 3: Change"... preserve and enhance..." to "maintain and improve..."
