Regional Permit.

Resolution authorizing the City/County Association of Governments to file an appeal of the
Municipal Regional Permit for Stormwater on behalf of the City.
Motion-Councilman Garbarino/Second-Councilman Gonzalez: to approve Resolution
No. 93-2009. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
