Present: Councilmembers Garbarino, Gonzalez
and Matsumoto, Vice Mayor Mullin,
and Mayor Addiego.
Absent: None.
1. Agenda Review
No changes.
2. Public Comments -comments were limited to items on the Special Meeting Age,~da.
None.
3. Resolution No. 15-2010 approving the Memorandum of Understanding for
International Association of Firefighters Unit, Local 1507, dated July 1, 2009 through
June 30, 2011.
Director of Human Resources Mount advised Council she had received late notice that Local
1507 had accepted the City's last, best and final offer. As minor changes were anticipated she
suggested that Council approve the Resolution and authorize the City Manager to approve any
minor changes not inconsistent with deal points.
Mayor Addiego thanked the members of Local 1507 that were in attendance.
Motion- Councilman Garbarino/Second- Councilman Gonzalez: to approve Resolution No.
15-2010 and authorize the City Manager to approve any minor changes not inconsistent with
deal points. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
4. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Mayor Addiego adjourned the meeting at 10:22 p.m.
