1. Called to Order: 6:31 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Present: Present: Councilmembers Gonzalez,
Garbarino and Matsumoto, Vice Mayor
Mullin, Mayor Addiego
3. Agenda Review.
None.
4. Public Comments -comments were limited to items on the Special Meeting Agenda.
None.
5. Interview applicants for the Conference Center Authority.
Council interviewed applicants to fill Conference Center Authority term expirations and a
vacancy as follows: Paul Formosa; Buenaflor Nicholas; Raymond Yoschak. Bruce Tognetti was
unavailable to be interviewed.
6. Interview applicant for Historic Preservation Commission.
Council interviewed applicants to fill a Historic Preservation Commission vacancy as follows:
Jeannette Holt.
7. Interview applicant for the Housing Authority.
Council interviewed applicants for a Housing Authority term expiration as follows: Alfred
S alogga.
8. Interview applicant for the Housing Authority Tenant Commission.
Council interviewed applicants to fill a Housing Authority Tenant Commissioner vacancy as
follows: Eloise Heden.
9. Interview applicant for the Library Board.
Council interviewed applicants for a Library Board term expiration as follows: Lando Baldocchi.
10. Discussion and appointment of applicants to the Conference Center Authority.
After discussion, Council voted by ballot yielding the following result: Paul Formosa, Raymond
Yoschak and Buenaflor Nicolas were appointed to full terms on the Conference Center
Authority. All terms would expire March 27, 2014.
Motion -Councilwoman Matsumoto/Second -Councilman Garbarino. To reappoint Paul
Formosa and Raymond Yoschak anal to appoint Buenaflor Nicolas to the Conference Center
Authority for respective terms to expire March 27, 2014. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
11. Discussion and appointment of applicant to the Housing Authority.
After discussion, Council voted by ballot yielding the following result: Alfred Salogga was
reappointed to a full term on the Housing Authority. His term would expire March 31, 2014.
Motion. -Councilman Garbarino/Second -Councilman Gonzalez. To reappoint Alfred Salogga
to the Housing Authority for a term to expire March 31, 2014. Unanimously approved by voice
vote.
12. Discussion and appointment of applicant to Housing Authority Tenant Commissioner
Seat.
After discussion, Council voted by ballot yielding the following result: Eloise Heden was
appointed to a partial term on the Housing Authority as a Tenant Commissioner. Her term would
expire March 31, 2011.
Motion -Councilman Garbarino/Second -Councilwoman Matsumoto. To appoint Eloise
Heden to the Housing Authority as a Tenant Commissioner for a term to expire March 31, 201 1.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
13. Discussion and appointment of applicant to the Library Board.
After discussion, Council voted by ballot yielding the following result: Lando Baldocchi was
reappointed to a full term on the Library Board. His term would expire June 30, 2013.
Motion -Councilman Garbarino/Second -Councilwoman Matsumoto. To reappoint Lando
Baldocchi to the Library Board for a term to expire June 30, 2013. Unanimously approved by
voice vote.

14. Discussion and appointment of applicant to the Historic Preservation Commission.
After discussion, Council voted by ballot yielding the following result: Jeannette Holt was
appointed to a partial term on the Historic Preservation Commission. Her term would expire
December 31, 2012.
Motion -Councilman Garbarino/Second -Councilman Gonzalez. To appoint Jeannette Holt to
the Historic Preservation Commission for a term to expire December 31, 2012. Unanimously
approved by voice vote.
15. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Mayor Addiego adjourned the meeting at 8:01 p.m.
