CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS TO THE LEASE
AND LOAN AGREEMENT FOR 255 SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 131-89 the City Council authorized execution of
a lease an¢ loan agreement for 255 South Airport Boulevard for use of the site
as a conference center;
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute on behalf
of the City an amendment to the lease to include a second fifteen year option
and an amerdment to the loan agreement to postpone the landlord's contribution
and City's repayment.
A copy of the lease amendment is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopteC by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the lOth day of October , 1990 by the
following vote:
