CiITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE
DOWNTOWN COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, a DowntOwn Commercial Rehabilitation Program was approved by the
City CounCil as part of the federal Community Development Block Grant Program
(CDBG).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Franciscoi that the "Recommendations for the CDBG Downtown Commercial
Rehabilitation Program", (attached as Appendix 1) are hereby approved, and
that the ~taff is authorized to work with each applicant to implement the
p. rojects lin accordance With the approved appropriations.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the' City of South San Francisco at aregular
meeting held on the 26th day of June , 1991 by the following
