i A RESOLUTION FIXING A SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX
I RATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91
WHEREAS, the voters of the City of South San Francisco on the March 7, 1978,
approved Proposition P which authorized the City Council to levy a special
property tax not to exceed a maximum annual rate of one and one quarter cents
($0.0125) per One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of full cash value on all taxable
property w:thin the City, in addition to the authorized maximum annual property
tax rate, ~or the purpose of acquiring, using and making other payments for
improvemen;s of real property to be used for police, fire, and other municipal
purposes;
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Ir addition to the authorized maximum annual property tax rate, the
Council does hereby fix a special property tax for fiscal year 1990-91 at Sixty
Hundredths Cents ($0.0060) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of full cash
value of all property enumerated and assessed as being in the City of South San
Francisco, including real, personal, mixed and other property of whatever nature
taxable by the City.
2. Tfe City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
County Auditor so that the auditor may compute and enter in the assessment book
the special tax rate.

3. T~e taxes so levied shall be collected as provided by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopte¢ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
_ regular meeting held on the_ 11th day of July , 1990, by
