CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH ALAN KALMANOFF FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
BE IT ~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City an
Agreement entitled "Agreement For Consulting Services" with Alan Kalmanoff.
A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopte!, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
re§ularI meeting held on the 14th day of December , 1988, by
