Agenda.
None.
5. Closed Session: Conference with Legal Counsel
(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).)
Existing Litigation: Baykeeper v. City of South San Francisco.
Time entered Closed Session: 5:40 p.m.
Open Session resumed: 6:40 p.m.
Report out of Closed Session by Mayor Mullin: Direction given.

Being no further business, Mayor Mullin adjourned the meeting at 6:40 p.m.
