CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MEET-
ING DATES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the meetings of the City Coun-
cil shall be as follows:
1. REGULAR MEETINGS: Regular meetings of the City
Council shall be held on the first and third Mondays of
each month at 8:00 p.m. as set forth in Ordinance No.175.
2. AGENDA CONFERENCE MEETINGS: The Agenda Confer-
ence meeting shall be held at 4:30 p.m. of the first and
third Mondays of each month in the Council Conference Room,
City Hall, Grand Avenue and Maple Avenue of said City.
The Agenda Conference meeting shall be open to the public
and press, and shall be devoted to an examination of the
Agenda and Zhe interchange of information necessary to de-
termine whether the matters scheduled on the Agenda are
adequately supported by information and reports to be acted
upon at the regular meeting. No official action or formal
vote shall be taken at such Agenda Conference meetings
on any matter discussed.
3. COUNCIL STUDY MEETINGS: The Council shall meet
in Study Session on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each
month at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Conference Room, City
Hall, Grand Avenue and Maple Avenue in said City. The
Study Sessions shall be open to the public and press and
shall be devoted to matters under consideration by or
being processed by the City Manager and staff. The pur-
pose of said Study Sessions shall be to afford the
members of the Council an opportunity to become in-
formed regarding said matters so that they may weigh
and consider them as =hey progress and, therefore, be
better advised when said matters are presented to the
Council for final action. No official action or formal
vote shall be taken at such Study Sessions on any of
the matters under discussion.
