CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASE-
MENT FROMAMERICAN SAVINGS & LOAN ASSO-
CIATION OF CALIFORNIA FOR SANITARY SEWER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Grant of Easement for sani-
tary sewer purposes contained in the documemt entitled
"Corporation Grant Deed", executed by American Savings
& Loan Association of California, a corporation, successor
by merger to Pioneer Investors Savings and Loan Association,
and signed by the President and Secretary thereof, dated
the lOth day of November , 19 65, wherein a sanitary
sewer easement is granted to the City of South San Fran-
cisco, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized
to record said Grant in the official records of San Mateo
County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 15th day of November
by the following vote:
