appear before said Council and be heard.
5. Notice of the vacation of said public service
easement shall be posted conspicuously along the line of
said easement or part thereof to.be vacated at least ten
(10) days prior to the date set for hearing, and said No-
tice shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart, and not
less than three (3) of said Notices shall be posted.
6. Notice of the vacation of said public service
easement shall be published. in the "Enterprise-Journail".,
a newspaper of general circulation, published .in the 'City
of South San Francisco, and said Notice shall be published
at least two (2) successive weeks prior to the hearing.
7. A copy of this Resolution shall be submitted to
the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco
for its report and recommendation in accordance ~,ith Sec-
tion 50435 of the Government Code.
