1. Call to Order. TIME: 1:03 p.m.
2. Roll Call. PRESENT: Councilmembers Addiego and Matsumoto,
and Planning Commissioners Faria and
Ruiz.

4. Follow up meeting to discuss the Affordable Work Force Housing Development at
Miller/Maple site. Item to discuss - design, financing, affordability levels for employees,
and consideration of expansion to additional sites. (Julie Barnard/Ron Gerber, Housing
Manager),
Housing and Redevelopment Manager Gerber presented the item to board members, provided a
quick summary of the review process with each developer and introduced representatives from
Bridge Housing to answer any questions or address any concerns Subcommittee members may
have.
Representatives from Bridge Housing presented their respective proposals to the Subcommittee
and answered questions from Subcommittee members including additional information on survey
data and different scenarios for financing the scope of the project.
Subcommittee members supported the idea of having representatives from MidPen Housing
return and provide additional infonnation. Staff would contact MidPen Housing and have them
gather data for Boardmembers at the next scheduled special meeting on March 7, 2016 at 1:00
p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room,

Being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 2.14 p.m.
