4. Motion to approve the minutes of December 11, 2013.
Motion—Boardmember Matsumoto/Second—Boardmember Gupta: to approve the minutes of
December 11, 2013. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
5. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Chair Garbarino adjourned the meeting at 10:06 p.m.
