Motion—Boardmember Garbarino/Second—Boardmember Normandy: to approve the Minutes
of December 10, 2014. Approved by the following voice vote: AYES: Boardmembers Gupta and
Normandy, Vice Chair Gupta, and Chair Addiego;NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT:
Boardmember Matsumoto.

Being no further business Chair Addiego adjourned the meeting at 7:02 P.M.
