Resolution accepting a grant in the amount of $43,400 from the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency (FEMA) to purchase a Self Contained Breathing Apparatus <br />(SCBA) fill station; authorizing the City Manager to enter into a purchase agreement with <br />Bauer Compressors, of Livermore, California for the purchase of an SCBA fill station in <br />an amount not to exceed $54,250; and amending the Fire Department's fiscal year 2013- <br />2014 operating budget to reflect the receipt of grant funds. <br />
