DRAFT MINUTES 1)Roll Call – The meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m. The following cities/towns were present: Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, Half Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Millbrae, Portola Valley, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, South San Francisco, and Woodside. Absent: East Palo Alto, Foster City, Menlo Park, and Pacifica. 2)Approval of the minutes for the meeting of December 16, 2016 with changes to Item No. 9 reflecting that Councilmember Cameron Johnson represents City of San Carlos not Redwood City. Motion: Atherton Second: Belmont Ayes: Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, Half Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Millbrae, Portola Valley, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, South San Francisco, and Woodside.
