Whereas, at the special municipal election held in the City of South San Francisco on Tuesday, the 26th day of July, 1949, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 290 of the City of South San Francisco, the number of voters votin~ in each of the precincts in said city hereinafter mentioned, on the proposition mentioned in said ordinance No. 290 and the number of votes cast for and against said proposition were as follows: PRECINCT A In favor of said proposition Against said proposition 84 39 PRECINCT B In favor of said proposition Against said proposition 87 16 PRECINCT C In favor of said proposition Against said proposition PRECINCT D In favor of said proposition Against said proposition 112 45 PRECINCT E in favor of said proposition Against said proposition 88 3o PRECINCT F In favor of said proposition Against said proposition PRECINCT G In favor of said proposition Against said proposition PRECINCT H In favor of said proposition Against said proposition PRECINCT I In favor of said proposition Against said proposition PRECINCT J In favor of said proposition Against said proposition PRECINCT K In favor of said proposition Against said proposition PRECINCT L In favor of said proposition Against said proposition PRECINCT In favor of said proposition Against said proposition -2- 107 39 94 37 89 10 12 63 72 42 39 CENTRAL RECORDfi PRECINCT In favor of said proposition Against said proposition N 100 10 PRECINCT 0 In favor of said proposition Against said proposition 53 13 PRECINCT P In favor of said proposition Against Said proposition 52 1 PRECINCT Q In favor of said proposition Against said proposition 86 8 PRECINCT R In favor of said proposition Against said proposition 74 and Whereas the total number of votes cast in favor of said proposition was one thousand three hundred ninety-three (1,393) and the total number of votes cast against said proposition was four hundred nine (409); and Whereas the total number of votes cas~ for and in favor of said proposition was more than two-thirds (2/3) of the whole number of votes cast in favor of and against said proposition; NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, as follows: That said proposition, to wit, the proposition to incur a bonded indebtedness of One Million six hundred sixty-seven thousand dollars ($1,667,0OO.00) for the acquisition, construction and completion of the following municipal improvement, to wit: A sewage disposal system, including sewage treatment plant, digester, clarifiers, grit chambers, sludge and lift pump, lab- oratory and office building, together with outfall, intercepting, connecting and lateral sewers, pipes, pumping station, manholes, lands, easements, rights-of-way and other works, property or structures necessary or convenient for a complete sewage disposal system of the City of South San Francisco was, and this City Council hereby finds, determines and declares that said proposition was carried and was duly accepted by the votes of more than two-thirds (2/3) of all the voters voting thereon at said special municipal election, and that said City of South San Francisco is duly authorized to issue bonds of said City of South San Francisco in said amount and in the manner in said ordinance No. 290 set forth and specified. All mares, except the cross (X) are forbidden. All distinguishing mares or erasures are forbidden and make the ballot void.
