HOW TO SUBMIT WRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENT BEFORE THE MEETING Members of the public are encouraged to submit public comments in writing in advance of the meeting via the eComment tab by 4:00 p.m. on the meeting date. Use the eComment tab located on the City Council meeting's agenda page. eComments are also directly sent to the iLegislate application used by City Council and staff. Comments received by the deadline will be read into the record by the City Clerk or designee. Comments received after the deadline will be included as part of the meeting record but will not be read aloud during the meeting. Approximately 300 words total can be read in three minutes. Lower your hand by clicking the same button, now labeled “Lower Hand.” • To raise your hand on a mobile device, tap “Raise Hand” at the bottom left corner of the screen.
