Since that meeting, the concept graphic has been slightly modified to include input from the Sub-committee, as well as further design refinements. Key features of the design include a new road configuration and the creation of new parcels with opportunity sites for a hotel, retail uses, public or quasi-public uses, and recreation uses. The concept will also illustrate a new landscape scheme and various other site improvements. Uses such as the marina, boat launch, fishing pier, and windsurfing launch remain part of the current scheme.
