Parcel 2: January 10, 1967, made by Ted Connolly and Mary Com~olly, his wife, and acknowledged October 11, 1967, by said parties, wherein an easement for street and highway purposes is conveyed to the City of South San Francisco. Parcel 3: The parcel described in .that certain Grant Deed dated February 2, 1967, made by Ted Connolly and Mary Connolly, his wife, and acknowledged October 11, 1967, wherein a non-exclusive slope and public service easement is conveyed to the City of South San San Francisc°. Parcel 4: The parcel described in that certain Grant Deed dated January 10, 1967, made by Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., a California corporation, acknowledged by said parties on October 5, 1967, wherein an easement for street and highway purposes is conveyed to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation. Parcel 5: The parcel described in that certain Grant Deed dated February 2, 1967, made by Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., a California corporation, acknowledged by said parties on October 5, 1967, wherein a non-exclusive slope and public service easement is conveyed to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to execute a consent to the extension of the effective date as set forth in the agreement entitled, "Agreement - Street and Site Public Improvements - Westborough Square" which Agreement was executed as of the 5th day of September, 1967, and in said consent provide for an extension of time to July 2, 1968. 2~ I hereby certify Chat the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of ~he City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of December by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN NOES, ABSENT, " Patrick E. Release from the terms of the Security Agreement. Escrow instructions and authorizations: Issuance and execution of escrow instructions and authori- izations by the City Attorney necessary to carry out the provisions of this resolution, including a requirement for a policy of title insurance for the benefit of the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, for the parcels described in this resolution as Parcels 2, 3, 4 and 5, and the recordation of the Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents made by Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., a California corporation, acknowledged by said parties on October 5, 1967.
