A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS~
DEEDS OF RECONVEYANCES AND RELEASES
(JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL SITE IN WESTBOROUGH)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that escrow instructions~ deeds of recon-
veyances, releases and other authorizations as set forth in
Exhibit A attached hereto~ sha~l be executed and issued w~th
respect to the parcel of property situated in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San MateD, State of California~

Request for full reconveyance of parcel described.
Release from terms of Security Agreement:
A release of the parcel described from the terms and
provisions of the Agreement recorded June 19, 1967, iQ
Book 5322 of official records, pages 132 to 200, in the
office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, the same
being an agreement between Caesar Callan Homes, Inc.;
Michael Callan, Thomas Callan, Jr., and Joseph Caesar,
as individuals; and the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation.
'Escrow Instructions and Authorizations:
Issuance and execution of escrow instructions and author-
izations by the City Attorney necessary to carry out the
provisions of this resolution.
The City Attorney be and he is authorized to execute the
documents heretofore described.
