CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH SAN BRUNO PROVIDING FOR AN AGREEMENT WITH
NORTH SAN MATEO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the agreement
between the City of San Bruno, a municipal corporation,
and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
providing for the execution of an agreement between the City
of South San Francisco and the North San Mateo County Sanita-
tion District is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said agreement and the City Clerk attest his sig-
nature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 1st day of April
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, Emilio
Cortesi, and Andrew Rocca
