Home My WebLink AboutReso 4833-1968RESOLUTION NO. 4833 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT - ASSESSMENT NO.22 SERIES 60 - LOWRIE-BOTHIN- SWAN SON PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has heretofore ordered the filing of an amended assessment and pursuant thereto the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Super- intendent of Streets, has filed with the City Clerk Report and Amended Assessment of a lot or parcel of land pursuant to Reso- lution No. 4529 dated the 6th day of September · , 19 66, which Report is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and lnclude~-~he map or plot plan showing how said lot or parcel has been divided and the amended assessment so that the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of said lot or parcel is equal to the unpaid assessment upon the ori- ginal lot or parcel, and WHEREAS, notice has been dulygiven and hearing held as required by law and the City Council upon said hearing held on the 6th day of May 19 68, has determined that no objections have been filed an~ goo--d-cause exists for the making of said amended assessment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the amended assessment of Ass~sme~t ~o. ~?, $,ri,~ ~0 .~owr~jRothin-SwaBsofu~r~e~ as set ~orth mn the Report of the Director O[~ubli~ Works, ex- officio Superintendent of Streets attached hereto, be and the same is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk shall take the re- quired action to have entered upon the assessment roll the in- stallments becoming due on each component part of the original parcel opposite a description of the respective parcels so as- sessed. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu- larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of May , 19 68, by the fol- lowing vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J.
