A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS ON
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. ~810
SOUTH AII~PORT BOUL~r~AP~D FIBE SERVICE
ASSESSmeNT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WBEKEAS, this Council did on the 4th day of March, 1968,..
adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 4810 to acquire and con-
struct public improvements in and for said City;
W~AS, on July 15, 1968, this Council adopted a resolu-
tion appointing time and place of hearing protests in relation
to the proposed acquisitions and improvements and directing
notice;
WHEREAS, notice was given of the time and place therein-
stated in the manner provided by law, as appears from the affida-
vi.ts on file in the office of the City Clerk;
WHEREAS, said matter came on regularly for hearing at the
time therein fixed; and
WHEREAS, all written protests and other written communi-
cations were publicly read at said meeting and all persons
desiring to be heard were fully heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That protests against said acquisitions and improve-
ments were not signed by the owners of a majority or more of
the area of the lands within the assessment district, or of the
area of the lands within the assessment district assessed for
the costs and expenses of said work.
2. That said protests be, and each of them are hereb$,
overruled.

San Franciseo at a regular ~eeting held on the l~th ~ay of Auguat,
1~8, by the following vote:

Maumini, Andrew Rocca, and Warren S~inka~p.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " None.
