A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON
SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BCNDS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
THZRD SALE -- $550, C00
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco., California, that
1. The City Clerk of this City be, and he is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the Third Sale of $550,000
-of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intentien No. 4236, adopted by this ~"ouncil on the 28th day
of June, 1965.. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared
by WilsOn, Jones, Morton & Lynch, Bond Counsel, shall be
given by said law firm causing copies thereof to be mailed
to the various banks and bond houses interested in the pur-
chase of such bonds, at least ten days before the date of
sale of said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the Legal opinion of the
law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the
proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of August,
1968, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, F. Frank
Mammini, Andrew Rocca, and Warren Steinkamp.
